We work from a lively trapiche in the beautiful Santander region of Colombia.

Surrounded by mountains and sugarcane plantations we produce a large amount of panela which we export to the United States and Europe.

Our product is organic and nutritious, a delicious alternative to refined sugar, with a sweet molasses taste. It is available in a variety of shapes and in both solid and grain form.
